Layla is in early testing. We are not chasing a launch date, we are chasing a good experience for the first hundred people who use it. Here is what that looks like.

The North, quietly.
We are opening for our first 100 applications across the North of England, Manchester to Liverpool to Leeds and the surrounding areas. Small on purpose, so every application is read closely and every early member gets attention. Applications open now.

The gates open for the first 100.
Once we have the first cohort in, the gates open for them to actually use the app. Real messages, real matches, real feedback. We watch closely and fix what needs fixing.

Scale across the region.
When the early issues are ironed out and members are telling us Layla feels good to use, we grow across the North. More applications, more introductions, still hand-vetted, still slow on purpose.

Beyond the North.
Once the North is steady and members are getting real value from Layla, we open the next region, then the next. We grow when the product deserves to grow, and not before. Everywhere we go, the same care.
